The purpose of the Constitutional Amendment 1 initiative is to allow the residents of Missouri to have the ability to engage in agricultural production and ranching practices and not be infringed.
The process of getting a ballot initiative on a ballet involves the
Citizens of Missouri initiating legislation as either a state statute or a constitutional amendment. In Missouri, citizens also have the power to repeal legislation via veto referendum. The Missouri General Assembly may also place measures on the ballot as legislatively-referred constitutional amendments or legislatively-referred state statutes with a majority vote.

Questions:

1) Should there be laws against farming in your own yard?

2) Do you think that people should be allowed to use their back yard for agricultural purposes and should someone monitor what is being grown?

3)How do you think the government decide what to but a band on?

1 comment:

  1. 1. I think their shouldn't have law against farming on your yard.
    2. In my opinion, everyone allow to grow what ever they want, except illegal plants.
    3. The government could decide by the impact to society.
