Maranda, Wardlow & Gideon
The case of Wardlow was about a 44 year-old man who was arrested after he was accused of fleeing the police while they approved him, he was then chased and when he was caught the police officers found with a hand gun and accused of throwing away a bag consuming crack cocaine. The court ruled in favor of Wardlow, saying that the search by the police officers was not just and that they did not have probable cause.

I think that the information about tragic cases such as the Cheshire case should at least let the family have some input or say to whats being said to the public; also I think being law enforcements the police are obligated to tell the truth when being asked about a cause/investigation, especially from the family of the victims.

1. (Don't understand what your asking)
2. I think the reason why they wanted to go to trial an not accept the guilty pleas is besause if they accept the guilty pleas they may get a lesser sentence and not get the death penalty. The negative side of going to trial and seeking the death penalty is that it will take a much longer prosess.
3. I think its very clear that the role of mental health play a key role in cases like these because it somewhat allows ist to understand where the accused is coming from and what night have led them to do what they do, and I think its going to br very hard to find a balance between the just system and the mental health system.

The purpose of the Constitutional Amendment 1 initiative is to allow the residents of Missouri to have the ability to engage in agricultural production and ranching practices and not be infringed.
The process of getting a ballot initiative on a ballet involves the Citizens of Missouri initiating legislation as either a state statute or a constitutional amendment. In Missouri, citizens also have the power to repeal legislation via veto referendum. The Missouri General Assembly may also place measures on the ballot as legislatively-referred constitutional amendments or legislatively-referred state statutes with a majority vote.
Questions:
1) Should there be laws against farming in your own yard?
2) Do you think that people should be allowed to use their back yard for agricultural purposes and should someone monitor what is being grown?
3)How do you think the government decide what to but a band on?

3) if you could brake a law for a day which law would it be and why?
