What does justice look like in Syria

My views on justice in Syria is to stop the civil war and to try and protect the people from their "leader" Assad, because I don't think he is not setting the right example as a leader for his people.
According to New York Times, assad is using chemical weapons to kill hus people and for a leader its not the right thing to do.
