The police theory behind drug crime is that to lower the crime rate you must first lower drug crime on a whole and I agree because I think that majority of the crimes are drug related crimes because if you trace the motives to most inner-city crimes they are mainly drug related. To implement drug crime you can start by trying to reducing the amount of drugs that reaches the streets of America by trying to reduce the growth/production of the most illigal and addicting drugs known to man.
